Medications are dispensed by Undefined Pharmacy, a fully licensed and NABP-accredited compounding pharmacy in New Jersey.
Is this safe?
All medications are prescribed by fully-licensed physicians and dispensed in a fully-licensed, NABP-accredited pharmacy.
Can I speak with a pharmacist?

Which states does Undefined Health service?
Undefined Pharmacy can ship to all 50 states plus Washington DC.
If a doctor's visit is coordinated by Undefined Health, we are available in 47 states plus Washington DC. We are not available in Kansas, New Mexico, and West Virginia.
How long does it take to receive my product for initial prescriptions?
Our doctors typically review and prescribe within 24 hours. Undefined Pharmacy fills prescriptions within 1 business day of receipt. Prescriptions are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which has a delivery time of 3-5 business days.
In summary, most patients should receive their product(s) within one week of their order.
How long does it take to receive my refills?
If you are on the subscription plan, and provided that you are using your medication as directed, your refills should be received before you run out of medication. You can adjust the timing of your refill at any time prior to the next refill being processed by our pharmacy.
Can I change or cancel my refills?
Yes, but you must change or cancel before the refill order is placed.
Do you accept insurance or payments from health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), or flexible spending accounts (FSA)?
At this time we do not accept insurance or payment from HSA, HRA, or FSA, but our products may be eligible for reimbursement from your HSA, HRA, or FSA plan if you submit evidence of payment to the plan.

Returns & Exchanges
For prescription products, if you placed an order for a product that was not prescribed, we will refund you for that product within seven (7) business days.
Absent an error or product defect, products purchased from Undefined Health are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us if you believe there was an error or product defect.
