Undefined Health offers online access to expert doctors and pharmacists in the diseases for which we offer treatment. We utilize diagnostic and treatment guidelines based on medical literature and expert clinical recommendations, and our products were developed with our patients in mind.

Just like an in-office doctor visit, patients start by filling in a form about you and your past medical history. Based on the information you provide, an initial determination of eligibility for a prescription medication is made. If you are deemed eligible, you may elect to proceed for a formal evaluation with one of our doctors. If the doctor confirms your eligibility for a prescription, your doctor will issue a prescription that will be shipped directly to your door.

Undefined Pharmacy can ship to 50 states plus Washington DC.

When a doctor's visit is coordinated by Undefined Health, we are available in 47 states plus Washington DC. We are not available in Kansas, New Mexico, and West Virginia.

Usually within 24 hours, our doctors review your intake form and make a prescribing determination. Undefined Pharmacy fills prescriptions within 1 business day of receipt. Prescriptions are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which has a delivery time of 1-3 business days.

In summary, most patients should receive their product(s) within one week of completing their initial consultation. You can check the status of your prescription in your online account.

Provided that you are using your medication as directed, your refills should be received before you run out of medication. You can adjust the timing of your refill in your online account.

You can cancel, expedite, or delay your refills in your online account. You cannot cancel, expedite, or delay a refill date if we have already started processing your refill.

At this time we do not accept insurance or payment from HSA, HRA, or FSA, but our products may be eligible for reimbursement from your HSA, HRA, or FSA plan if you submit your payment to us.
